Ingredients for Roasted Coconut Laddus:
- washed & dried coconut - 1 1/2 cup
- lime zest - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 pinch
- chopped pistachios - 10
- coconut milk - 1 cup
- powdered jaggery - 1 cup
- chopped almonds - 5
- green cardamom powder - 1 teaspoon
How to prepare Roasted Coconut Laddus:
Step 1) To start with, bring a nonstick vessel & place it on the moderate flame. Next, add coconut into it & roast until it becomes golden brown. Pour some coconut milk, combine finely & stir it for around two to three mins.
Step 2) Now sprinkle lime zest, salt, jaggery, cardamom powder, pistachios and chopped almonds to the mixture & stir all the components properly till the mix is sufficiently dry.
Step 3) Detach the mixture from the flame & keep it in a separate dish & let it cool. Oil your hands finely & take small parts of the mixture shaping them in Laddu.
Step 4) Your Roasted Coconut Laddus are prepared to have. Store it in an airtight container if you wish.
