Apple Coconut Barfi: The Lavish Dessert Variation

Ingredients of Apple Coconut Barfi: 
  • chopped walnuts-1 cup 
  • apple-6
  • sliced pistachios-2 tbsp
  • sugar-1 cup
  • crushed green cardamom-1/2 tsp
  • grated coconut-1 cup 

How to prepare Apple Coconut Barfi:

Step 1) To make the recipe of dessert, peel & shred the apples & place it besides in a vessel.

Step 2) Next, put a non-stick vessel on moderate flame & drop the shredded apple along with the sugar & grated coconut. Combine properly & cook it for around eight to ten mins, till the apples are tender.

Step 3) When done, drop the crushed cardamom & sliced walnuts to mix & cook it for like three to four mins, stirring continuously. The mix must be in the consistency of smooth dough.

Step 4) Then, take a greased plate & evenly spread the barfi mix on it. Utilising a spatula, press the mix to prepare it firm. Spray the pistachios on it & smoothly press again. Put the plate beside, letting the mixture to set.

Step 5) When the barfi mix is still hot, cut the mixture in square pieces or preferable shape. Let the barfi cool down for minimum two hrs. When done, detach the barfi from plate. Apple Coconut Barfi is there ready for you to eat. Distribute it as a dessert & provide your meal a perfect ending.
